Shipping Costs

To find the shipping costs for a particular item, simply put it in your basket, proceed to checkout  (there is no danger of making an accidental purchase - there are several stages to the checkout procedure). Please be aware that for some items an additional charge applies in respect of delivery to the Highlands and Islands, or to Scotland, so we advise that you  email us at marc@morningstarsupplies.co.uk for a quote Postage calculations arbased within the UK  Please note that not all products can be shipped overseas, so be sure to obtain shipping information prior to advertising abroad.

Shipping Times and Methods

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been verified. Orders paid online by debit or credit card will often be shipped the same day, and almost always within 48 hours: orders paid by cheque or e-cheque will not be shipped until the payment has been cleared by our bank. The customer will be notified by e-mail when an order is despatched.

UK orders will be sent via first class recorded post or other signed-for carrier service. Unless otherwise advised, delivery will normally be within seven working days, though customers should be aware that delays can occur, particularly at peak periods like Christmas. Please allow up to 28 days for your goods to arrive.

We will do our best to accommodate customer requests regarding delivery arrangements, but where this would necessitate using a non-signed for service, please be aware that:

we are unable to ship some products via a non-signed for service
if we ship via standard mail at a customer's request, we do so strictly at the customer's own risk

some postcodes may have a extra charge please check yours agaist the list below:

Affected Postcodes over 2kg:
- All IV codes (Postage  plus £6)
- All KW codes (Postage plus £6)
- PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage plus £6)
- PH codes 17 to 26, 30 to 44, 49 to 50 (Postage plus £6)
- All HS codes (Postage  plus £6)
- KA codes 27 and 28 (Postage plus £6)
- All ZE codes (Postage plus £6)
- All BT codes (Postage plus £10)
- All IM codes (Postage plus £10)
- TRcodes 21 to 25 (Postage plus £10)

- All GY and JE codes, for orders under 2kg are standard Royal Mail cost, the same as anywhere else in the UK. Over 2 kg the basket calculates £8.64 plus 0.068p per each additional 20g, up to £17.74, over that the parcel would go Parcel Force Euro 48hr at £17.75.

All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges

 

Next Day Delivery

Where next day delivery is offered, this means the next business day after an order is processed. Orders must be placed before 3 pm on a normal working day to qualify for next day delivery. Orders received outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next working day.

 

*Bijoux MBee items are handcrafted to order, but we have one of each item in stock at all times to facilitate prompt despatch. Obviously if we have multiple orders for the same item on the same day, there will be a small delay, but orders are usually despatched the same day, or the next working day. Please note, however, that during periods of high demand, the lead time for complex bridal orders may be as long as 2 to 3 weeks.



Returns

Whilst every effort is made to maintain our high standards, we appreciate that there will be occasions when goods fail to meet expectations. Any error, omission or damage must be reported within forty-eight hours to marc@morningstarsupplies.co.uk  The goods should then be returned for exchange or refund within seven days of delivery, in the original packaging and at the customer's expense
